Over the years Volvo Group in India has grown from a few 100 employees to over 3500 employees [12000 employees including the JV VE Commercial Vehicles], with over 400 sales & support points across the country.
The Group has 3 factories near Bangalore – for Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, Volvo Construction Equipment.Additionally, in our JV Company – VE Commercial Vehicles, we have recently established the medium-duty engine factory at Pithampur which supplies engines to Volvo Group products across the world as well as India.
